Have you heard about the famous Bill Manser case? The crux of the case is Bill Manser was locked up for 5 years for overdue child support for a child that was not his. This is only one case. There are a lot of other cases across the globe. (See the YouTube channel Paternity Court by Lauren Lake.)
[Note: Newsofx doesn’t support a father not paying child support for his/her son or daughter. If the kid is your’s then you must pay the child support. One more point should be noted that Newsofx believes in 50/50 shared parenting and for the same 50/50 child support. Father must not be a visitor if that is so, then he has the full right to not to pay the child support.]
Paternity Test
As of now after a long research, I found out that the paternity test is the only option to beat child support in court if the child is not yours.
In simple words, a paternity test is a genetic test to determine if a man is the father of a child. It’s done when a husband or boyfriend suspects his wife or girlfriend of cheating/adultery.
DNA Paternity testing uses DNA profiles to do this check. This test can also determine whether someone is a grandparent or not. DNA testing is the most advanced method of telling the probability of parentage and family lineage.
Below I will include some paternity court episodes on Youtube Shorts where every father wants to be the biological father of the child in the paternity test. Most men who are the biological fathers don’t have a problem paying child support (if they know the child is theirs). That’s their saved game. They are blessed to have their own children.
