Hollywood: A Feminist Cesspool

A few days ago, Actress Emily Blunt who is famous for many big box office hits including “A Quiet Place” and “Edge of Tomorrow”, came out and said that she dislikes the scripts that she has been receiving lately because of the “Strong Successful Female Lead” Requirement. She said they are all the same character. A Stoic unbeatable female in the lead with no imagination or weaknesses. Any movie fan who enjoys going to the movies or watching films at home, can tell what is going on in Hollywood. It is simply a reflection of western society.

The new “Star Wars” trilogy, “Birds of Prey”, “Charlie’s Angels”, “Ghostbusters”, and many other movies like those, are not real movies. They are not made to entertain or to impress the audience. The latest “Terminator” film by the name of “Terminator: Dark Fate” is a big example of that. Kill the male savior (John Connor) and replace him with a girl, replace the good terminator with a female super soldier, and ask for help from a third woman (Sarah Connor). Therefore, you have now a “Terminator” film that should have been a masculine action movie with an audience of 80% males looking like this:

Now you get three Heroines making up the size or Arnold Schwarzenegger all together. The President of Marvel Studios Kevin Feige, came out and said more than 50% of the superheroes in Marvel will be female. They even went to the extent of using actor Chadwick Boseman’s death to turn the new “Black Panther” sequel into a feminist mediocre film, also replacing the male lead with several female leads instead of recasting the role.

The issue with Hollywood is that all they care about now is casting strong independent females. They do not care about the story, the characters, the fans etc. Nothing else matters. Before they even write a film, they have a requirement that goes like this: We need to have a strong female lead (or leads) who knows everything, doesn’t need a man, have all the skills with no history or a reason as to why she is so perfect and unbeatable, she can also take on 100 men and destroy them in 10 seconds even though she is like 100 lbs and her waist is smaller than a man’s arm.  Or she is over 300 lbs like Queen Latifah in “The Equalizer” TV show, destroying men right and left as if she is Matt Damon in “The Bourne Trilogy”.

That is not the end of it. The second requirement is about men. Men can be included in those movies! That is amazing for us men to be included in action movies. However, it comes at a cost thought so hold your horses. Men can be included if their characters are either stupid or evil. So the idiot sidekick or the evil person who wants to destroy everything good. The feminist narrative in western society is exactly like that. Men are evil, they rape women, women do not need them, and they need to step aside. While women are heavenly creatures who are inherently good, compassionate, never violent unless they are sick because bad women do not exist in the west. Gone are the days of Films like “Underworld”, “Resident Evil”, “Alien”, “The Hunger Games” and many other action films and franchises with female leads. Those films were not about a perfect woman and useless/evil men. They were simply action films made to entertain the audience.
