Hilary has admitted this on camera. Hilary Duff, on the Call Her Daddy Podcast, published on Feb 25, 2026, revealed that she didn’t want Matt at first because he was “too nice” and she wanted something “chaotic,” even after having just divorced. She said, “He was too nice, I was not ready to accept all of that, I needed chaos first.”
But later on, she understood the importance of stability and lasting commitment, which Matt provided, and then she married him on December 21, 2019. They have three daughters together: Banks Violet, born in 2018, Mae James, born in 2021, and Townes Meadow, born in May 2024. Koma is a stepfather to Duff’s son, Luca, from her previous marriage.

The world easily loots from a man who doesn’t know his worth. This is a very clear example of a friend-zoned guy. He simps and simps but still she friend-zones him. He is there as a slave for her to include being an emotional support system but she leaves him again and again for toxic/con guys. According to me, He must express what he feels and expects from her. If she accepts your terms, it’s cool, or else I think you should leave her. Use the simple logic: Don’t Use and Don’t get used!! Rather than waste your time and effort, save it.
Do think: Can a woman who does this to a man be a worthy mate to begin with? Should a man even want to appease her?
Blocks Him
They see nice guys and get bored with them. They don’t find adventure in them. They try to make bad guys good and eventually end up changing themselves, creating a toxic relationship, and become a bitter single mom, and then rant Where are all the Good Guys?

They make the same mistake again and again and go back to their ex, leaving the nice guy in the hope that he(their ex) will change. But while changing him, she changes herself and gets hurt again and again. And if he changes, then she loses interest in him, as he is a nice/good guy now.

The girl tries to ignore the situation and runs away, then she finds a sugar daddy and travels on his money. But is running away from the nice guy after the breakup with her Ex going to resolve the situation? Will she get a nice guy again? She should not run away and face the problem.
