Keeping you in a friendzone is the worst sweet po*son she can give to you in continuum. It just doesn’t make you sad or depressed once, but k*lls your dignity slowly. If you are in the friendzone prison, you need to escape it as soon as possible. The reason why you are in a friendzone is that you yourself allowed her to keep you in there. If you don’t escape it, you will get a slow d*ath.
Don’t be her tissue box, little emotional puppy, nice guy, a pawn, a s*ave, or a clown
You will have to play the UNO reverse card. You don’t need to protect her or act as a s*ave or be there when she needs you, be it emotionally or otherwise. She doesn’t respect it; she laughs at it. If she had a breakup and she is crying on your shoulder for that guy, then you are just a tissue paper, not the guy she desires. We know by the common knowledge that nice guys finish last with women, especially now, due to the poorer quality of modern-day women. But men themselves lack the values that respect good men, too. [A good man is not defined by how he treats women but by how he treats everyone, men and women alike.] The poorer quality of man corresponds to those who cater to and encourage a lesser quality of character in women. Men, groomed from boyhood to serve women as to define their manhood, are sculpted to fit as the male counterpart. Nice guys don’t finish last—they don’t finish at all.
Withdraw Excessive Attention and build Scarcity, Learn to say No and Stop Taking Validation
Narcissists just want one thing from you that is your reaction. They seek a constant supply of attention and admiration. So, don’t feed them. This is referred to as narcissist supply which also includes validation, reassurance, power, and control. Cut her supply. No more constant texting. No more instant replies. No more being a 24/7 clown. She has been addicted to your excessive attention; stop it. As attention without s*x is free validation.
Availability kills attraction, and scarcity gives you power. So, start disappearing and let her feel your silence, and let her imagine why you are not simping anymore. When she is telling you to do something keeping your self-respect aside, tell her no.
If she is calling you when she is sad, bored, or has broken up with her boyfriend, or she needs you, learn to say no.
Improve Yourself
You need to improve yourself, like hitting the gym, dressing well, being rich, etc, etc, as girls don’t respect potential, they worship results. Build your value so high that she regrets friendzoning you.
